Cape Palliser Road restrictions
Cape Palliser Road is open to 4WD vehicles only. The road is closed for work between 6.30 am and 6 pm. Extreme care is needed from 3 km before Hurupi Bridge to end of Cape Palliser Road. There is no access to the following sites due to damage from flooding and slips. These closures are monitored weekly. Te Kopi Cottage Te Kopi Homestead Putangirua Pinnacles Campsite Pinnacles Ridge Track There is access to the Aorangi Forest Park from other locations.
