From 17-21 May 2026 the Backcountry Trust will have five teams undertaking track cutting and marking. The teams will be located at Boyd Hut, Harkness Hut and Tussock Hut during that time. If planning to stay at these huts, be prepared to tent as hut space will be unlikely.
